Evaluate & Shortlist

Once candidates are identified based on the Job Specification Document, we start our discussions to evaluate skill sets, experience and their interest in the role. For the shortlisted candidates, we will prepare & share with our clients a detailed résumé and evaluation summary, to facilitate the interview process.

Set up interviews

We will arrange interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the client representatives. On receiving feedback, from the candidates and clients, we will collaborate to draw up the final shortlist.

Maintaining relationship

We remain in touch with the hired candidates between 60~90 days after he/ she joins.
